Maritime Safety + 03-2016 : Shipyard Safety

In this issue of Maritime Safety +, we look at shipyard safety, as well as fatigue issues and a smattering of accident reports concerning falls from a height.  As always, we are looking for immediately actionable items that can improve safety on YOUR vessel.
